As President/CEO of Key Advisory Group, a Florida based company where on behalf of his clients Mr. Medina can act both in a capital capacity and real estate advisor role in multiple of transactions.  He has extensive expertise in the investment sales of retail, office, commercial development opportunities, multifamily land and debt sales.  Mr. Medina has lead over 100 million in institutional and private client transactions.

Mr. Medina is also Director of Commercial Sales and Business Investment for Habitare International Realty, Anthony Medina focuses on commercial sales, new business origination, risk valuation, structure and real estate including the coordination of all phases of the transaction from strategic planning & analysis through closing.

In the capital services sector Mr. Medina represents his clients interest in the local and global capital markets by providing senior mezzanine and equity capital placement services for construction, bridge, semi permanent, permanent and construction financing. Mr. Medina’s earlier involvement in the feasibility and acquisition or refinancing process will not only assess clients in their budgeting and expectations for financing, but also ensure a transaction will run smoothly from inception to completion.

Christopher Kusznir | COO (Chief Operations Officer)

Christopher Kusznir has worked as a business professional in the Ithaca-Tompkins area since 2005, when he began his real estate career. During that time, Kusznir developed an interest in business strategy and marketing. In the span of four years he subsequently purchased a rental property and co-founded two successful local businesses—Moving Box Studios and Top Shelf Liquor. During that time he also served as a Media Consultant for Yellow Book, where he managed revolving sales campaigns and consistently exceeded sales targets. Kusznir ultimately left Yellow Book to purchase and revive the Subway Franchise located on the commons, which he has been managing ever since.


After competing in the 2011 Ithaca City Mayoral Election, Kusznir decided to return to the business that started his professional career, Real Estate. The son of two first generation immigrants from the Dominican Republic and Poland, Kusznir, who speaks fluent Spanish, loves Ithaca for its diversity and warm embrace of civic engagement.
