Fighters Source® is designed to be the “NCAA” of MMA. By cultivating the best amateur MMA Fighters worldwide. Fighters Source® is focused on developing MMA as an international sport, from the recreational level to the elite level. As amateur MMA evolves toward being an Olympic sport. Fighters Source® will be at the center of this movement, as both a showcase of future professional talent and unifying force for the sport.

The building is 8,000 square feet with much of space currently being utilized to cultivate.  The remaining square footage is comprised of the MIPS extraction lab, clone rooms, dry rooms, cut room, processing, safe room, and office space.  The building has been upgraded with all appropriate electrical phase service and sits on 1.44 acres of land which has the ability for a 10,000-square foot greenhouse with the necessary retention/drainage required for greenhouse construction and has access to city water perfect for outdoor cultivation.
